  Register QIC personal user account；

  Enter QIC network user center to verify mobile phone and email；

  Enter the business registration page and click "I want to enter"；

  Confirm the entry agreement, check the entry notice, and enter the contact information of the store。

• 2 Fill in / submit information

  Fill in company and store information and submit qualification；

  Select store name and domain name；

  Confirm online service agreement。

• 3 Waiting for review

  QIC feedback audit results within 7 working days；

  Merchants can check the progress of check-in and receive the email notice of the progress of check-in。

• 4 Business pay, open shop

  Business online payment；

  QIC confirms payment is correct；

  Store opening；

  Business login background。
