Radicom Research公司推出TTL接口语音/数据/传真调制解调器独立模块，具有小尺寸和低功耗，适用于远程监控、POS终端、家庭安全网络、医疗器械等应用。

该器件具有内置的数据泵、调制解调器控制器及板上国际DAA，尺寸为1×1×0.3英寸，工作温度范围在-40℃至85℃之间。

该产品的典型功耗为65mA，休眠模式下18mA，具有线路检测和DLG保护功能，绝缘电压达3,000kv，下行传输速率为2,400bps至56kbps，上行数据率为48kbps (V.92HM-T-W-NE)，支持14.4K Fax (Class I)、语音回放及录音功能。批量达1千片时单价为21美元(仅供参考)。
